Reports Console Overview

The Reports Console is the access point for all Report Manager reports, where you set up and manage scheduling and customizing reports.

The stock reports included with Report Manager provide high-level summaries and long or short-term analyses detailing overall network performance, activity, and resource usage. You can use keywords to search for reports that help you meet your specific needs.

You can select multiple customers when running most reports. These reports are listed in each of the Managed Assets, Managed IT Services, and Managed Security report sections of this help.

You can create schedules to generate reports automatically. These Scheduled reports run daily, weekly, or monthly, and allow you to provide your customers with timely information about the services provided, and the health of their systems. The scheduled report can be configured for delivery by Email (default), or sent to a File Share. If you are the Administrator or the Service Organization Administrator who is logged in, there is an option to deliver the email to a Recipient Group.
