The metrics reports service information. These reports are only available from the Customer or Site (CS) level.
To access the metrics reports, click Reports > Mentrics.
This report at the customer level provides unmodified, raw data for a particular service on a selected device in table format. The information displayed and the reporting intervals depends upon the service selected. This allows you and your customers to troubleshoot service issues quickly and efficiently.
This report presents detailed usage information on a specific service on or more devices over a selected period as single or multiple graphs. This enables you to view how resources are used over time, enabling analysis to facilitate capacity planning, usage trending, bottleneck identification, and similar types of analysis.
