Service Metrics report

The Service Metrics report shows the status of a service on one or more devices for a selected time period, based on the service’s scan details. If a device has multiple instances of a service, the report includes values for all instances.

Unit values in the report scale up to the next larger unit when there are four or more digits before the decimal. For example, if free disk space is 17,000,000.0 KB, the report displays 17.0 GB.

You can do this procedure only at the Customer or Site level.

To view the report

  1. Go to ReportsMetrics > Service Metrics.
  2. Select the Start date and time and End date and time.
  3. Select a Service and one or more Devices.
  4. Select the Instances and Scan details
  5. To display threshold lines on the report graphs, select Overlay thresholds.
  6. To display a separate graph for each device, select Multiple graphs.
  7. Select View report.

The report opens. You can also email the report or save it to your computer.
