Raw Monitored Data report

The Raw Monitored Data report provides a log of all information collected by the system for a service.

The report includes:

• Date and time: Shows scan times for the selected period. The interval between scans is configured for the service.

• State: Indicates the status the service changed to during a scan period.

• Error message: Lists any errors that occurred during the system scan.

This procedure can only be done at the System, Customer or Site level.

To view the report

1. Go to Reports > Metrics > Raw Monitored Data.
2. Select a Service and Device.
3. Select View Report.

The report opens. You can also email the report or save it to your computer.
