Add the Connect2Help installation software
Add the Connect2Help installation software to the Script/Software Repository in N-central before distributing it to devices.
You must complete this step before deploying the Connect2Help tray tool manually or using rules.
- In N-central go to Configuration > Scheduled Tasks > Script/Software Repository.
- Select Add > Push Third Party Software.
- Enter the installation software details.
- Select Browse to navigate to the location of the installer files that you created.
- In Command Line Parameters, type the following (substituting your own filename for the characters in red):

Replace the example filename (Connect2Help Configuration Tool.msi) with your own MSI filename.

Include spaces between the file name and each parameter.
- Select OK.
Connect2Help Configuration Tool.msi /i /qn /norestart
Optional: Use separate installer files
If you need different configurations for different Customers or Sites, repeat this process and use unique file names to distinguish each installer.
