The Applications tab in the Direct Support interface displays information about the applications that are installed on the managed device and provides functionality for controlling removal and patch management for applications.
This feature is only available for managed Windows devices with N-able N-central agents installed.
The Direct Support Applications feature enables you to remove software and approve patching directly from the device.
- Click Views > All Devices and click the Network Devices tab.
- Click the Name of the device.
- Click Tools > Applications.
