The Monitoring tab enables you view and control various elements related to N-able N-central services associated with the device.
Displays the status, of services on the device. Clicking a service name opens that service's page to configure it. This section also enables you to create service templates and enable and disable services using the Service Monitoring drop-down menu.
If you configured PSA integration, click this button after selecting a service to create a help desk or trouble ticket. For more information, see Create a ticket.
|Ticketing||Review current and historical ticketing information for the device. This tab is read-only and does not include any functionality to edit or modify these associations.|
|Associations||Displays the rules, scheduled tasks, and notifications associated with the device. This tab is read-only and does not include any functionality to edit or modify these associations.|
Displays and controls the service templates that are associated with the device. For more information, see Service Templates.
Click the service template name to view and edit the services within the template.
