Configure the N-central integration in MSP Manager

You can import and mapN-central assets and devices to MSP Manager service items. N-central updates these devices in MSP Manager any time a change is detected in your network so you can bill for the most current count of devices each month.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Company Settings > Integrations > N-central and select Configure.
  2. Select Add MSP Manager Credentials.
  3. Enter your first and last name, and your email and password, and click Save Credentials.

    4. These credentials are used in N-central when configuring the integration with MSP Manager . The password is created by the user on-the-fly during the configuration process, it is not automatically generated by MSP Manager and it is only used for the integration between the two products. These credentials are NOT the ones used to log in to MSP Manager or Take Control.

Create asset classes and statuses to complete the integration process and begin exporting your assets from N-central .
