Export assets from N-central and map them to service items
When a customer makes a change to their network, N-central automatically updates the quantity and status of the network device in N-central and its corresponding asset in MSP Manager . The service item is updated and the customer's next invoice includes the changes to their network.
To configure the integration from inside N-central :
- Configure your PSA settings in N-central to establish the integration with MSP Manager .
- Set up device profiles to choose which assets and devices to export to MSP Manager .
- Create an MSP Manager Ticketing Recipient to associate tickets with service items.
Assets in MSP Manager are called Devices in N-central .
MSP Manager is now able to create tickets from N-central alerts and will update your assets and service items as needed.
