How to change the Take Control policy being applied to remote devices

Description

• The current article addresses ways to change the Take Control policy being applied to remote devices;

Environment

• N-sight RMM
  • Take Control (N-able)

Solution

• By client/site:

1. Login to your RMM dashboard;
2. Navigate to Settings > Take Control > Settings;
3. Click the + icon to populate Servers/Workstations by client and site;
4. Select the Setting, Engine and Policy as desired;

• By device:

1. Double click the desired device;
2. Select the Remote Access tab;
3. Choose the desired policy under the Policy Settings area;
4. Click OK.
