Incoming Filtering and Protection settings

The Incoming filtering setup allows you to carry out a variety of tasks related to the filtering of your incoming mail.

Getting incoming mail filtering working includes several aspects that require attention:

  1. Firewall Usage
    1. IPv6 Support
    2. Delivery IP Management
  2. Unrecognized Domains Log
  3. Incoming IP Block list
  4. Incoming IP Allow list
  5. Load Balancer Configuration
  6. XCLIENT SMTP Extension Support
  7. Local Cloud MX Records

    8. Please ensure you do not change the MX records until all other Incoming Filtering configuration has been completed.
