Refresh Web Protection data

Web Protection is now disabled by default for:

  • New customer accounts.
  • Existing customers who have not previously enabled Web Protection.

You can update Web Protection data outside the hourly upload schedule. When you refresh the data for a device, the latest Web Protection data is retrieved from the device and displays on the All Devices view.

To refresh the Web Protection data for a device:

  1. In the All Devices view North-pane, right-click the target device.
  2. Select Web ProtectionRefresh.
