To enhance N-sight RMM security, the Trusted Device option to remember this computer (and browser) for 14 days was removed from N-sight RMM console v2020.02.19 onwards. The "Remember this device" option was previously available when you logged in with Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

Given the security environment we all now operate in, entering a 2FA code to authenticate each N-sight RMM log in is an appropriate level of security for the type of systems access available through N-sight RMM.

Users are now prompted to enter their 2FA code more often, although you can adjust your account’s Session Timeout in Settings > General Settings > Security to reduce the number of times users must authenticate during the day.
