Requirements for Run Managed Patch

Supported Operating Systems

Run Managed Patch is supported on macOS 12 and later. It is compatible on macOS 10.12 and later.

Role permission requirements

There are specific Automated Task permissions required to view information and to manage the Run Managed Patch task. The Automated Tasks permissions include:

• Settings — required to add, edit, and delete tasks for devices
• Usage — required to run a task
• View — required to view tasks on the South-pane Tasks tab
