Deactivate NetPath

If path probing is no longer required, deactivate NetPath by removing all of the device's paths.

  1. Login to N-sight RMM.
  2. On the Left navigation, select NetPath.
  3. Choose to view paths at the Customer level.
  4. Click the trashcan against the Client, Site, and Device to deactivate.

This non-recoverable action removes ALL paths associated with the device along with their history, associated NetPath Checks and uninstalls the NetPath agent from the device. Once the removal process is complete, the device’s All Devices view Summary tab displays: NetPath - Not Installed
