Manage notes

Edit a note

  1. On the N-sight RMM Dashboard North-pane, select the target device
  2. On the South-pane Notes tab, click on the Note's edit (pencil) button
  3. Make changes in the Edit Note dialog
  4. Select OK to save

Delete a note

  1. On the N-sight RMM Dashboard North-pane, select the target device
  2. On the South-pane Notes tab, click on the Note's delete (red cross) button
  3. Enter the password you used to sign into N-sight RMM to confirm deletion

    4. We only automatically delete notes when the device is removed from the N-sight RMM Dashboard.
