Use Common Audit Log to narrow audit activity by time, displayed fields, and investigation criteria.
Before you begin
- Access Common Audit Log at the Service Organization level.
- Confirm that your account has permission to view audit records.
To filter and view audit records:
- Select Configuration > Audit Log.
- Select the duration for which you want to view audit records.
- Select the columns relevant to your investigation.
- Apply filters to narrow the results.
- Review the matching records in the audit table.
The audit table displays the records that match the selected duration and filter criteria.
Find audit records
Use column filters to narrow the results and find audit records relevant to your investigation. Start with the information you know, such as the customer, action, user, feature, or approximate time of the event. Add filters until the results contain the records you need.
For descriptions of the available fields, see Common Audit Log Fields. For information about using the filter builder, see Create custom filters in Ecoverse views.
