Website access can be controlled based on the URLs categorization (Legal Liability, Productivity Loss, Adult and Pornography, Nudity, Hacking etc) with this configured in the Category Filtering section (please note that this section was previously known as Web Filtering).
The dialog consists of a list of the main categories and each can be expanded to display their associated sub-categories, allowing for a more granular approach to filtering.
Simply select the relevant category or sub-category and opt to Allow, Block or Schedule (these Action options are also available by right-clicking on the category item).
Please be aware that when selecting an action for a parent category this setting is automatically applied to all of its children, although each individual sub-category can be amended as required.
|Allow||Permits access to websites matching this category type|
|Block||Deny access to websites matching this category type|
|Schedule||Choose when websites of this category type may be accessed or denied|
|Mixed||Mixture of Allowed, Blocked or Scheduled sub-category items for this main category|
