Data columns in Tag Management
Tag Management supports the following data columns in its table and in the filter builder.
- Access level
- Where the tag can be assigned (organization, customer, or site).
- Category
- The category assigned to the tag. Use categories to group tags for filtering in Tag Management and the Assets view.
- Created by
- The username of the account that created the tag.
- Created on
- The date the tag was created.
- Last modified by
- The username of the account that most recently modified the tag.
- Last modified on
- The date the tag was last modified.
- Description
- Notes or comments that clarify the tag’s business purpose.
- Tag name
- A unique identifier for the tag.
- Type
- The type of tag: Static or Dynamic
