Check the alert routing settings

To reduce unnecessary alerts, check your alert routing settings to determine if alerts are going to the correct recipients.

To configure alert routing settings globally or for Client or Site:

  1. On the N-sight RMM Dashboard, go to SettingsAlertsSettings
  2. Delete any recipients that no longer need to receive alerts
  3. Click OK to save and apply

To configure alert routing settings for a device:

  1. On the N-sight RMM Dashboard North-pane, right-click the device and select Edit <device type>
  2. Select Alert Routing
  3. Delete any recipients that no longer need to receive alerts
  4. Click OK to save and apply
