Description
- The Patch Status Scan has failed, because the Patch Management Engine hasn't been successfully installed
- The Request Handler Agents and File Cache Service Agents have been successfully installed
Environment
- N-sight RMM
- Patch Management Engine
Solution
- To resolve this, Patch Management needs to be re-installed:
- Double click the device in question
- Navigate to Patch Management, and change the setting to Off, then click OK
- Right click the device and Run Checks
- In the Summary tab, wait until Patch Management shows as Not Installed
- Then perform steps 1-4, instead changing the setting to what was set previously, and make sure that the Summary tab shows Active
