N-sight RMM: Take Control Chat on macOS

Description

• Chatting with the client through the Take Control session

Environment

• N-sight RMM
  • Take Control
• macOS

Solution

• From the Technician's end:
  1. Select the GENERAL tab
  2. Type the desired message into the chat box (bottom right corner)
  3. Press Enter
• From the client's end:
  1. Press the Incoming Message prompt on the bottom right corner of your desktop
  2. You should now be able to read the message sent by the technician and reply to it
