Managed Antivirus VIPRE - Deep Scan fails in the Antivirus tab with no errors in the scan - Scan length is the same each time it fails
From September 27th 2022 onward, devices that still use VIPRE Managed Antivirus may no longer be protected as definitions updates also stop from this date.
VIPRE will be removed from RMM entirely within the next few months.
We recommend, where possible, to migrate your VIPRE Protection Policies to Bitdefender Engine Protection Policies, and re-deploy MAV-BD Bitdefender in place of any current MAV-BD Vipre Engine deployments.

Description
- Managed Antivirus VIPRE - Deep Scan fails in the Antivirus tab with no errors in the scan

Environment
- N-sight RMM
- Managed Antivirus VIPRE
Solution
- Check the length of time the scan is set to run for
- Navigate to Settings > Managed Antivirus > Protection Policy
- Double click the scan that the device is using
- Click on Deep Scan
- If it is set to run from X to X+1, and the scan fails after 1 hour, increase the scan finish time
- Change the Scan finish time and click Save
