Automated Workflows

Automated Workflows allow you to configure automated actions in response to targeted events, such as:

• an email notification when someone disables an article
• a JSON payload to be sent to a 3rd party tool should the Passportal AD Sync Agent stop syncing
• automatically created PSA tickets in response to immanent SSL certificate expiration.

With this functionality, you and your technicians will be able to streamline actions and responses and thus free up time for other activities, as well as being kept up-to-date with changes to the available resources within Passportal.

Automated Workflows is a feature of Documentation Manager. Please contact your Account Manager if you are interested in adding Documentation Manager to your Passportal account.
