ConnectWise® Control™ - Using Passportal Credentials

Instructions on how to use Passportal credentials directly within ConnectWise Control.

Prerequisites

• Passportal Access.
• LabTech/ScreenConnect Access.
• Passportal/ScreenConnect Integration configured.
• See ConnectWise® Control™ Integration Configuration.

Logging In

1. Once you start a remote session, you will require to login into the Passportal plugin.



2. Enter your credentials as normal and click Login.
3. If using 2FA you will be prompted to enter your 2FA code from your authenticator of choice - enter the code and click OK.



4. You can access the information in Passportal via the plugin during a remote session.

Using the Credentials

1. Send Ctrl-Alt-Delete if required.



2. Open the Helper Menu.



3. Select the Client and required Credential. Click the Username/Password button to copy to the clipboard.
4. Click into the appropriate Username/Password field and then click Send Clipboard Keystrokes.
