ConnectWise® Control™ - Using Passportal Credentials

Instructions on how to use Passportal credentials directly within ConnectWise Control.

Prerequisites

• Passportal Access.
• LabTech/ScreenConnect Access.
• Passportal/ScreenConnect Integration configured.
• See ConnectWise® Control™ Integration Configuration.

Logging In

1. Once you start a remote session, you will require to login into the Passportal plugin



2. Enter your credentials as normal and click Login
3. If using 2FA you will be prompted to enter your 2FA code from your authenticator of choice - enter the code and click OK



4. You can access the information in Passportal via the plugin during a remote session.

Using the Credentials

1. Send Ctrl-Alt-Delete.



2. Open the Helper Menu.



3. Select the Client from the list.
4. Choose the password.
5. Click Use Password.
