Managing the Spam Quarantine

The Spam quarantine can be accessed by Email users to view inbound messages that have been blocked and stored as spam.

As well as being able to access quarantined messages from the Log Search (described in Using the Log Search), you can also access them directly from the Spam Quarantine:

  1. Login to as an Email user
  2. Navigate to Protection in the vertical menu and select Spam quarantine
  3. The Log Search page is displayed, pre-filtered to list all messages that have been quarantined:
