Identity Locking Rules

The Identity Locking Rules page, available for Mail Assure and Admin Level users, allows you to create and manage rules that automatically lock user identities based on email activity. This helps in preventing spam and other unwanted email behaviours by setting specific criteria that, when met, will lock the offending identity.

The rules defined within Identity Locking Rules use Python's regular expression syntax.

If an Identity is locked by triggering one of these rules, an email will be sent to the Administrator's Contact address as set in the Server Settings section of the General > Settings page.
