Allow list/Block list
Mail Assure's Allow list can be used to list email addresses from which all incoming mail (which would usually be identified as spam) is to be accepted through the filter.
Conversely, Mail Assure's Block list can be used to block all incoming mail from known spammers.
This can be done from the Admin, Domain, and Email Level Control Panels:
- At Admin Level you can manage sender and recipient Allow listing and Block listing for all your domains
- At Domain Level you manage sender and recipient Allow listing and Block listing for the logged in domain
- At Email Level you can manage your own sender Allow listing and Block listing
You can perform the following tasks:
- Manage Incoming Sender Allow list - Allow incoming mail from specific email senders
- Manage Recipient Allow list - Allow incoming mail to specific email recipients
- Manage Incoming Sender Block list - Block incoming mail from specific email senders
- Manage Recipient Block list - Block incoming mail to specific email recipients
Admin and Domain users can also access the Sender Block list for outgoing mail. See Manage Outgoing Sender Block list.
Allow list/Block list Filtering Rules
You can also set up incoming Allow list/Block list filtering rules:
- Incoming Allow list filtering rules - Incoming mail that matches any of the rules will always be allowed. See Incoming Allow list Filtering Rules
- Incoming Block list filtering rules - Incoming mail that matches any of the rules will always be blocked. See Incoming Block list Filtering Rules
In the Incoming Allow list/Block list Filtering Rules page you can view all allow and block filtering rules that have been set up for your domain(s) and you can also add new ones.
