Solution
Mai Assure offers Admin users the option to log in with SSO:
- Go to the Mail Assure Control Panel
- Click Login with N-able Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Enter the Admin user SSO credentials and click Next
Mail Assure users can only use N-able Single Sign-On (SSO) if the email address associated with their Mail Assure admin account is the same email address as the one used to login to other N-able products that are integrated with SSO (does not include N-central).
