HaloPSA Integration Overview
Integrating Cove Data Protection (Cove) with HaloPSA enables you to receive notifications about backup failures directly in your professional services application (PSA). After setting up the integration, you are able to configure Notifications to create a ticket in HaloPSA when backups fail or complete with errors.
To successfully integrate HaloPSA, you must:
- Connect to HaloPSA using the application and API credentials in HaloPSA.
- Map customers in Cove to customers in HaloPSA.
Once HaloPSA integration is complete, you can then add notifications for the alerts you want to receive in PSA ticketing.
