N-central Integration - Step 1 - Create Custom Property

Before beginning, ensure you have:

• Reviewed the Requirements.
• Taken the Preparation steps.

Instructions

1. Login to N-central
2. Ensure you have selected your partner Service Organization level.
3. Navigate to Administration > Custom Properties
4. Click Add > By Customer > Text Type

   

5. Configure the property:
   1. Enter the Property Name of: CoveInstallationID
   2. Set the Default Text to: Cove Installation ID
   3. In the Customers tab, select Propagate to all new Customers/Sites
   4. Select all existing Customers/Sites which are shown in the Customer/Sites overview

   

6. Click Save

Now generate Installation ID in Cove's Management Console.
