Manage HaloPSA Connections

On the Cove Data Protection (Cove) Integrations Dashboard, you can manage your existing HaloPSA connection to make changes to mapping.

PSA Integration's can be managed and maintained by Reseller customers only.

To do this:

  1. Log in to the Management Console under a SuperUser or Administrator account
  2. Select Manage on the HaloPSA tile

  3. The Configure HaloPSA wizard opens. If no changes are made to the connection details, click Connect.

  4. Once the connection has been successful, a confirmation message appears to advise and you will be able to edit customer mappings associated with the tenant details provided that Cove retrieves from HaloPSA.

If there has been a change in Resource server hostname, all existing mappings are cleared. This cannot be undone, remapping customers must be done manually.

  5. Click Next to map customers
  6. Select the corresponding PSA customer for the Cove Reseller account

To map all Cove customers to the PSA customer you selected, select Apply to all.

If there are unmapped PSA customers in the table below, the tickets set up for them will be assigned to the PSA customer you have mapped to the Cove reseller.

  7. If mapping each Covecustomer to its own PSA customer, select this using the dropdown in each PSA customer field
  8. Review the automatic mapping of customers in the table:
    • To remove a mapping, click the X next to the customer name.
    • To map a different customer, select a customer name from the dropdown.
    • To clear all mappings, select Clear all.

This action cannot be undone. Any customers that are mapped manually will be cleared too. If required, you will need to map customers again.

  9. Select Next.
  10. Review the connection details and customer mappings and click Confirm.

  11. Once complete, a success message will display to advise that the HaloPSA changes have been made and integration is now active.
