Verify customer relationships

Cloud Commander connects with the Microsoft Partner Center to retrieve a list of the customers you can configure in Cloud Commander. Verify that the customers you want to configure in Cloud Commander are on your Microsoft Partner Center customer list.

  1. Sign into the Microsoft Partner Center using an account authorized to view customers and manage your partner environment.
  2. On the Microsoft Partner Center dashboard, select the Customers tile.
  3. Verify that the customers you want to configure in Cloud Commander are listed.

If there are customers you want to configure not on this list, you must request a reseller relationship with them. See the Microsoft documentation.
