Requirements for Cloud Commander

The initial Cloud Commander configuration requires:

• Enrollment as a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider. See Enroll in the Cloud Solution Provider program | Microsoft Learn.
• To onboard your CSP tenants, you'll need an established relationship with your customers in Microsoft Partner Center. See Verify customer relationships.
• To access your customer tenants using Cloud Commander, ensure your customers don't have Conditional Access policies that block your access. See Set up your customer's Conditional Access policies.
• Access to a service account with multi-factor authentication and the Admin Agents role in the Microsoft Partner Center. Our onboarding assistant guides you through the service account setup. See Get started with Cloud Commander.
• You must enforce multi-factor authentication on all Cloud Commander user accounts in your partner tenants. For one option to implement multi-factor authentication, see the Microsoft documentation.
