Requirements for Cloud Commander

Cloud Commander end of life (EOL)

Cloud Commander will be decommissioned and stop functioning on May 13, 2026. You can use the product until that date.

Review and update workflows to remove any dependencies before the product is decommissioned.

Support, bug fixes, and security patches will be available until April 13, 2026.

Before you begin the Cloud Commander setup, make sure:

You are enrolled in the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program. See Enroll in the Cloud Solution Provider program | Microsoft Learn.
You have an established relationship with your customers in Microsoft Partner Center. See Verify customer relationships.
Your customers' Conditional Access policies allow access. See Set up your customer's Conditional Access policies.
You enforce multi-factor authentication on all Cloud Commander user accounts in your partner tenant. For one option to implement multi-factor authentication, see the Microsoft documentation.
