Expiration of admin relationships
Admin relationships with GDAP are created in Cloud Commander with an expiration of 730 days, which is the maximum time allowed by Microsoft. We display the admin relationship expiry date for each CSP tenant on the Microsoft Cloud Access page and show a 30-day reminder icon, so you know when action is needed.
When a tenant admin relationship expires, we recommend disabling the tenant in Cloud Commander and repeating the approval process by setting up the tenant again.
View expiry dates for CSP tenants
- In the
Settings > Microsoft Cloud Access to display all the tenants you manage, including the expiration date for each CSP tenant in the Admin relationship expiry column.
, select
Expiry reminders
Before an admin relationship expires, you and your customer will receive email notifications from Microsoft regarding the expiration date. Additionally, Cloud Commander displays a notification icon next to expiration dates that are within 30 days of expiring.
To find the admin relationships that expire the soonest, you can sort the Admin relationship expiry column.
