Fair Use Agreement - Cove Data Protection

Cove Data Protection's fair use policy is in place to prevent fraud and abuse of the services. N-able monitors the services to determine if your usage exceeds the fair use limits. Unless otherwise documented in an order form, the following fair use policy is applicable:

Fair Use Limits – Selected Size

Selected Size is equal to the amount of data on the protected computer. When a customer licenses the Data Protection Plan (DPP), they are entitled to expanded usage of Backup Manager and the following fair use policy shall apply:

• Each physical or virtual server license adds 2 TB Selected Size to the included usage
• Each workstation license adds 500 GB Selected Size to the included usage
• Included usage is pooled across protected server/workstation data sources only

The presence or absence of a DPP does not affect Microsoft 365 fair use limits.
