How to Rerun a Scheduled Report

Report Manager allows you to create schedules to generate reports automatically. Scheduled reports run daily, weekly, or monthly. This allows you to provide your customers with timely information about the services provided, and the health of their systems.

Rerun a scheduled report if it fails.

  1. Navigate to the Scheduled Report List, and select the report you want to rerun.

    You can rerun more than one, or all schedules at the same time.

  2. Confirm the rerun to return to the Scheduled Reports List.

    A message will appear indicating the request to rerun the scheduled report. The status of the scheduled report will display in the Scheduled Report List.
