About the Scheduled Reports List
Report Manager allows you to create schedules to generate reports automatically. Scheduled reports run daily, weekly, or monthly. This allows you to provide your customers with timely information about the services provided, and the health of their systems.
The Scheduled Reports List shows all scheduled reports to which you have access. Click on a column heading to sort the list accordingly.
From the list you can perform the following actions:
- Rerun failed scheduled reports.
- Rebuild a schedule if it has become corrupted.
- Edit the Report Parameters or the Scheduling Parameters.
- Delete a schedule if it is no longer needed.
Rebuilding a schedule is disabled by default, and is enabled in the Advanced Settings of the Administration Console, or when Report Manager detects that a schedule is corrupted. A corrupted schedule will be highlighted in red in the Schedule Report List.
You can also Search Schedules to quickly find a scheduled report. The search box at the top right of the Scheduled Reports List is specific to the list. The following columns are searched for text entered in the search box:
- Schedule Name
- Report Name
- Customer Name
- Owner
Scheduled reports for more than one customer will be noted under Customer Name. Click the triangle in the far left column opposite the Schedule Name to view the customers for whom this report has been created.
You can view the Schedule Report List as a single complete list, or as multiple pages. The number of items listed per page is controlled in the Advanced Settings of the Administration Console.
A scheduled report can have one of the following statuses:
![]() |
In Progress |
![]() |
Success |
![]() |
Rerun Pending |
![]() |
Error/Publish Error |
You cannot edit a scheduled report while its status is In Progress, or Rerun Pending.
