Install, upgrade, or migrate Report Manager

Before you install, upgrade, or migrate Report Manager, complete the following:

1. Verify System requirements.
2. Review and complete Installation Prerequisites.
3. Install Windows Server and SQL Server, and verify proper configuration. See Install and configure server software.
4. Add the following Windows User Account roles with access to SQL Server Reporting Services. (Please refer to the Microsoft instructions for adding user roles to a Windows account.):
   1. Content Manager
   2. System User
5. Close all other applications.
