Remote Control Usage Report

Configure N-able N-central Dependencies prior to running any reports.

The Remote Control Usage report displays sessions over time, and provides the following specific details:

• Session start and duration
• Requesting user
• Source IP
• Destination IP
• Responding technician.

This report is designed to help partners meet regulatory requirements for Remote Desktop Support reporting, and managed device remote control sessions in N-able N-central.

This report is multi-customer enabled. To select multiple customers, press and hold down the Ctrl key, and then click each customer that you want to select.
