Availability Comparison Report

Configure N-able N-central Dependencies prior to running any reports.

The Availability Comparison report displays the average availability for devices and services. By selecting a comparative baseline, you can compare availability over time.

If you select the option Include Time Based SLA Breakdowns, you can compare availability over specific time periods.

In order to report on the full day, the Start Time must be set to '00:00:00' and End Time must be set to '24:00:00'.

This report is multi-customer enabled. To select multiple customers, press and hold down the Ctrl key, and then click each customer that you want to select.

Use this report to:

  • Compare the availability of reactive customers to managed customers.
  • Justify adding more technicians to a customer.
  • Show customers the value of a higher program level with a higher uptime Service Level Agreement (SLA).

This report contains the following:

  • A stacked bar graph, which displays the percentage availability of services or service groupings over time.
  • A table which displays the availability of the services or service groupings according to the interval period, over the time period specified.

If you included a comparative baseline, the baseline average is included in the table, and the differential between the baseline average and the report average is calculated.

Time is based on the following interval periods specified when generating the report:

  • Daily
  • Weekly
  • Monthly
