Brand an SO and some, all, or none of the Customers

1. In N-able N-central, navigate to Reports > Report Manager..
2. In the left-hand pane, navigate to the SO's node, and click the SO's name to open their branding profile. Or, you can specify the SO's name in the search window.
3. If Inherit Branding is selected, clear the checkbox. This will activate the screen for editing. For more information, refer to Brand an SO and some, all, or none of the Customers.
4. Locate the image that you would like to replace with a custom image, and click Upload New to open Windows Explorer. For information, refer to Upload New.
5. Navigate to the custom image, select it and click Open to insert the new image.
6. Do this for each image that you would like to replace.
7. Click Save Settings.
8. If the customers for this SO already have custom branding you must reset each customer's branding profile to Inherit Branding.
9. In the left hand pane, navigate to the first customer, or use search.
10. On the customer's branding profile, select Inherit Branding. This will remove all custom branding images and replace them with the ones that you have just uploaded.
11. Click Save Settings.
12. Do this for each customer of the SO that you would like to inherit branding.
