View customer apps

Before you can view your customer's apps, you must Add a content token for the customer.

View apps related to a specific content token

View the list of apps each customer has purchased through Apple Business Manager:

  1. In the left-hand navigation menu, go to Configuration > Device Management for Apple.
  2. Select Apps.

    Each customer has one content token. The token list shows its status, number of apps purchased, and expiry date.

  3. Select the checkbox for a customer content token and select View apps.

    The Distribution amount comes directly from Apple. It may take some time to update after you install or uninstall the app.

View apps installed on a device

  1. In the left-hand navigation menu, go to Configuration > Device Management for Apple.

    The Devices tab shows each device's name, serial number, OS version, profiles and more.

  2. Select the checkbox for a device and select View details.
  3. Select Apps to view the list of apps installed on the device.
