Download a script from the Script Repository
You can download a script from the Script Repository to keep a local copy for backup, offline editing, or any other purpose.
Downloading a script offers several benefits:
- Offline access: Review or use the script anytime, even without an internet connection—ideal for presentations, rehearsals, or environments with limited connectivity.
- Flexible editing: Modify and customize the script locally to better suit your specific needs or preferences.
- Backup and security: Maintain a secure local copy to protect against data loss or technical issues that may affect online access.
Download a script via Actions menu
- Select Script Repository in the Left navigation.
- (Optional) Select a custom view or apply a custom filter.
- Locate the script in the Script Repository
- From the script's Actions menu, select Download script. The script will download to your default downloads folder.
Download a script from the Script Repository view
- Select Script Repository in the Left navigation.
- (Optional) Select a custom view or apply a custom filter.
- Locate the script in the Script Repository
- Select the checkbox to the left of the script entry.
- Select Download script from the Quick actions menu (above the Create filter button). The script will download to your default downloads folder.
Download a script from the script editor
- Select Script Repository in the Left navigation.
- (Optional) Select a custom view or apply a custom filter.
- Locate the script in the Script Repository.
- Edit the script by selecting the script name, or selecting Actions > Edit script.
- On the Script tab, click Download script above the script editor. The script will download to your default downloads folder.
Download a script from the Script details panel
- Select Script Repository in the Left navigation.
- (Optional) Select a custom view or apply a custom filter.
- Locate the script in the Script Repository, and select the row (not a link in the row) to open the Script details panel.
- Select Download Script from the options at the top of the Script details panel. The script will download to your default downloads folder.
