Reset multi-factor authentication for multiple users
Should a situation arise where users lose their phone, or passwords and need to have their multi-factor configuration in reset, you can do a group reset, so you do not need to click into each user account.
You can reset a single user's multi-factor authentication in their user settings.
- Click Administration > User Management > Users.
- Click the check boxes next to all users requiring a reset.
- Click Two Factor Authentication at the top of the user list.
- Click Reset MFA.
- Click Rest Two-Factor Authentication.
- Click Save.
