Reset multi-factor authentication for multiple users

Should a situation arise where users lose their phone, or passwords and need to have their multi-factor configuration in reset, you can do a group reset, so you do not need to click into each user account.

You can reset a single user's multi-factor authentication in their user settings.

  1. Click Administration > User ManagementUsers.
  2. Click the check boxes next to all users requiring a reset.
  3. Click Two Factor Authentication at the top of the user list.
  4. Click Reset MFA.
  5. Click Rest Two-Factor Authentication.
  6. Click Save.
