Reset multi-factor authentication for multiple users

Should a situation arise where users lose their phone, or passwords and need to have their multi-factor configuration in reset, you can do a group reset, so you do not need to click into each user account.

You can reset a single user's multi-factor authentication in their user settings.

  1. Go to Administration > User ManagementUsers.
  2. Select one or more users to apply the MFA reset.

  3. From the TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION list, select Reset MFA.
  4. Click Rest Two-Factor Authentication.
  5. Click Save.
