Patch Status (Detailed) report

The Patch Installation Status report is now considered obsolete. Where applicable, please use the Patch Approvals and Installations report as the preferred alternative.

The Patch Status (Detailed) report provides information on the status of patches, failed patch installation attempts, and a list of patches per devices.

This procedure can only be performed at the Service Organization level or Customer level.

  1. Choose Reports > Status > Patch Status (Detailed).
  2. Select the Start Date and Time and End Date and Time from the picker.
  3. Use the Device Filter to select the devices to display. This can range from All Devices to specific Device Class and Operating Systems.
  4. Under Classification, select the patch categories to include.
  5. Under Install Status, select the patch status criteria to include.
  6. Use the >>, >, <, and << buttons to move items between the available and selected lists.

  7. Select Include Details Section to display detailed patch information for each device. 
    • Select Include only patches whose state has been changed in the last [number] days to limit results to recently changed patches.

    • Under Sort device details by, select how devices are ordered in the report.

    • Under Sort patch details by, select how patches are ordered under each device.

    The Includes Details Section is only available when running the report is the Customer level. It is not available at the Service Organization (SO) level.

  8. After configuring the report:
    • Select View Report to open the report.
    • Export the report as a CSV or PDF.
    • Email the report as a CSV or PDF attachment.
