Patch Status (Detailed) report

The Patch Status (Detailed) report provides information on the status of patches, failed patch installation attempts, and a list of patches per devices.

This procedure can only be performed at the Service Organization level or Customer level.

  1. Click Reports >  Status > Patch Status (Detailed).
  2. Select the Start Date and Time and End Date and Time.
  3. Select the category by which to filter the Devices add the devices from the selection displayed.
  4. Under Classification, select the categories of patches to include
  5. Under Install Status, select the status criteria for patches to include.
  6. Click View Report.

The report appears on screen. You can email or save the report to your hard disk.
