Patch Status (Detailed) report
The Patch Status (Detailed) report provides information on the status of patches, failed patch installation attempts, and a list of patches per devices.
This procedure can only be performed at the Service Organization level or Customer level.
- Click Reports > Status > Missing Patches (Detailed).
- Select the Start Date and Time and End Date and Time.
- Select the category by which to filter the Devices add the devices from the selection displayed.
- Under Classification, select the categories of patches to include
- Under Install Status, select the status criteria for patches to include.
- Click View Report.
The report appears on screen. You can email or save the report to your hard disk.
