Import filters

If you have multiple N-able N-central servers and you need to standardize filters across servers, or if you want to share customer filters with colleagues, you can export the filters to a file. The exported file can be imported into another N-able N-central server.

This approach reduces the administration overhead associated with manually recreating filters and decreases the potential for errors during creation.

1. Expand Configuration in the left navigation pane.
2. Click Filters.
3. Click Import at the top of the page.
4. Locate the filter zip file and click Open. You can select multiple exported filter zip files.

N-able N-central presents a dialog box with the results of the filter import and any issues that may have occurred.
