Find all the devices in scheduled downtime or unscheduled downtime

At times, a device might become stuck in unscheduled downtime, or you might need to locate devices scheduled for downtime. Although N-able N-central offers a selection of online reports, there is not one readily available report for this type of information. However, by using filters, you can collect this data and save it in a CSV file for integration with other reporting tools.

  1. Expand Configuration in the left navigation pane.
  2. Click Filters.
  3. Click Add.
  4. Enter a Filter Name and optional Description.
  5. Expand the is available todrop-down and select who will have access to the filter.
  6. Decide whether to display the filter in your dashboard's filter drop-down.
  7. In "Find devices where" select:
    • Category: Device
    • Sub Category: Scheduled Downtime Enabled
    • Operation: Equal To 
    • Value: True
  8. Click Add
  9. Click the radio button for And.
  10. Select the following settings:
    • Category: Device
    • Sub Category: Unscheduled Downtime Enabled
    • Operation: Equal To 
    • Value: True
  11. Click Save.

When viewing all devices, you can select this filter to see which devices are on scheduled and unscheduled downtime.

To save the data to your hard disk:

  1. Click Export

  2. Click CSV to download.
