Update device asset information

Update the asset data for the device to include the latest warranty and lease information.

  1. Click Views > All Devices.
  2. Click the name of the device.
  3. Click the Asset tab, then Configuration.
  4. Complete the warranty and asset information.
  5. Click the check box for Use current information as the new baseline to set the system change baseline for a Windows device using the current information. For more information, see to Reset the System Change service baseline for a device.
  6. Click the check box for Monitor Warranty Expiry Date if required.

    7. Warranty expiry can only be monitored on devices manufactured by the following vendors:
    • Acer
    • Dell
    • Gateway
    • Lenovo
    • Toshiba

  7. Click Save.

N-able N-central updates the device information.
