Device asset information
The Asset tab displays read-only information about the device.
- Click Views > All Devices.
- Click the name of the device.
- Click the Asset tab.
The table below describes the information that appears in the device asset tabs.
Use the filter icon in any of the columns to quickly locate a particular application.
| Overview | Displays a read-only view of key device information to provide an at-a-glance view of the device. |
| Hardware | Displays a read-only view of all hardware components of the device and their status information or state. |
| Operating System | Displays a read-only view of the operating system installed on the device and its state including install dates and uptime. |
| Applications | Displays a read-only list of all applications installed on the device. Use the filter icon in any of the columns to quickly locate a particular application. |
| Shared Folders | Displays a read-only list of folders on the device configured for sharing. |
| Patches | Displays a list of patches installed on the device. Click the link for any patch to open a new browser tab with the patch information from the software publisher. |
| Services | Displays a read-only list of services running on the device. |
| Ports | Displays a read-only list of ports being used and the services using those ports. |
| Google Users | Displays a read-only list of Google users connected to the device, and when they were last active. |
| Hyper-V Guests | Displays a read-only list of Hyper-V users connected to the device, and when they were last active. |
| MSSQL | List MSSQL instances running on the device. |
| Roles/Features | On a device running Windows Server, this screen displays the features installed on a computer. |
| Configuration | Use this tab to update asset information for the device. |
